Problem
In a population of pea plants, the gene that determines the pea shape phenotype has two alleles. The allele for round peas (R) is dominant to the allele for wrinkled peas (r). In the same population of pea plants, the gene for pea color also has two alleles. The allele for yellow color (Y) is dominant to the allele for green color (y).
A pea plant that is homozygous dominant for pea shape and heterozygous for pea color is crossed with a pea plant that is homozygous recessive for both pea shape and pea color.
